Submit the Puppy Application
Once you're ready to take the next step, fill out our Puppy Application. It's a short, friendly questionnaire about your home and lifestyle — kids, other pets, how much you're around — so we can make sure a Yorkie puppy (and the right puppy, specifically) is a great fit for your family.
This step is free, comes with no obligation, and usually takes just a few minutes.

Reserve with a Deposit or Join the Waitlist
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit reserves your specific puppy and holds them just for you. If your circumstances ever change, your deposit is transferable to a future litter — you're never locked in or left empty-handed.
If the perfect puppy hasn't arrived yet, no problem — join our waitlist instead and we'll reach out the moment a litter that matches what you're looking for is on the way.

Sign the Purchase Agreement
This is the legal side of the journey, made simple. Our Purchase Agreement — also known as a Health Guarantee — spells out everything in writing: AKC registration, the written health guarantee, and the remaining balance (typically $500–$3,000 on top of your deposit, depending on the puppy) due before pick-up.

Stay Updated While Your Puppy Grows
While your puppy grows up right in our home, we stay in close touch — photos, videos, and honest updates on weight, personality, and milestones, so you feel connected every step of the way, not just on pick-up day.
Your puppy is also getting a head start on the basics during this time: early handling, socialization around kids and everyday noise, and the beginnings of potty training.
Pick-Up or Delivery Day
Most families meet us in person just minutes from Roseville in Warren, Michigan. We also regularly meet buyers at Detroit Metro Airport or in Chicago, and offer safe transport and drop-off options if you're further away.
Your puppy goes home with a full vet check, first vaccinations and deworming, complete vet records, AKC registration paperwork, a blanket that smells like mom and littermates, and a puppy starter kit.

Life at Home
And just like that, your Yorkie is home — the whole reason we do this. Keep the routine gentle and consistent as they settle in, and lean on our Care & Feeding and Puppy Training guides whenever you need them.
