How do I pick up my puppy?

Individual arrangements are made for every situation. The general options are to meet in person, fly into your local airport, or use our trusted lap nanny to fly your puppy to you.

Are your puppies vet checked and vaccinated?

We have an established relationship with a wonderful board-certified veterinarian. All our puppies receive the best veterinary care and checkups.

Are your puppies vaccinated and dewormed?

Yes our puppies will have vaccines and deworming done.

Do you offer papers with your puppies?

We occasionally offer our Yorkies with breeding rights and papers, to approved homes.

Do you accept deposits?

Accepted Answer

We accept a holding fee to hold your place in line for a puppy. This is 100% non-refundable for any reason. On the day of pick up, we will apply your holding fee towards the cost of the puppy.

Do you offer grooming and coat-care guidance?

Yes, we're happy to share coat-care and grooming tips for your new puppy as part of our lifetime breeder support.

Do you do any health testing on the parents of the puppies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do health testing on the parents to produce healthy puppies. We also use the health testing as a tool to make optimal genetic matches with two parents.

What Yorkie colors and sizes do you raise?

We raise dark parti, dark chocolate parti, chocolate, and traditional Yorkshire Terriers, including Babydoll and micro Yorkies. Every color is bred to the AKC standard from health-tested parents.

Are your Yorkie puppies AKC registered?

Yes, every Motor City Yorkies puppy is registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Registration paperwork is provided at pick-up.

Our Yorkshire Terriers are home-raised in Roseville, Michigan, in the greater Metro Detroit area. Families throughout Michigan are welcome to inquire about our current and upcoming litters.
